The design is a classic mitten with a section for fingers and a separate thumb. There is a double thickness rib trim for a snug fit and a knitted string to run through a coat. These warm colourful mittens are handmade from 100% superfine Lambswool, spun in Scotland and knitted in London . The design is a linear geometric stripes of Navy, Light Blue, Coral, Mint Green, Yellow and White to create a classic but cool and contemporary look. Navy ribbed double thickness trims give a snug fit. The string is knitted in Navy and optional.
The mittens are knitted on a hand operated vintage knitting machine in Greenwich, London using superfine high quality lambswool spun and dyed using sustainable methods in a traditional Scottish mill to give a soft lightweight feel. A great sustainable and ethical slow fashion product.
One size to fit adult woman. The item comes as a pair of mittens, either attached or loose and the knit has a good amount of stretch so should fit most hands.
Hand wash only and air dry to keep them looking great. Knot the string if needed to make the length correct.
