Keep little hands warm and stop loosing gloves with these cosy kids mittens on a string. (Also available as loose mittens) Thread the string through the child’s coat sleeves so they always have mittens to hand on cold days.
The design is a modern twist on the traditional fairisle with geometric shapes in Green, Red, Mid Blue and Yellow in the pattern. There is a White rib trim for a snug fit and a knitted string to run through the child’s coat.
The mittens are knitted on a hand operated vintage knitting machine and finished by hand in Greenwich, London. They are made using superfine high quality lambswool spun and dyed in Scotland using environmentally friendly dyes and knitted and washed to give a soft and lightweight yet warm feel. A great sustainable and ethical slow fashion product.
Mittens come as a pair with or without the string.
Available in four sizes to fit a child aged 1 - 2 years, 3 - 4 years, 5 - 6 years and 7 to 10. please get in touch if you are unsure about which size to choose.
Hand wash only and air dry to keep them looking great.
